Aztek airbrush bodies are made of acetal resin copolymer, a material used by NASA because it is light, stable, and nearly unbreakable. Unlike metal, acetal resin does not deteriorate through contact with solvents. Because manufacturing tolerances are much tighter than metal, Aztek airbrush parts simply fit better.
